What we collect and why
- Booking requests: your name, email, optional phone number, the date, group size and your message, so we can reply and arrange your tour.
- Bookings: if we confirm your request, we keep your details as a customer record to run the tour and contact you about it.
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) to keep the site secure.
Who we share it with
Tourfect, which hosts this site and sends emails for us, and its service providers (hosting and email delivery). We don't sell your data.
Videos
Some pages have a video from YouTube or Vimeo. Nothing loads from them until you press play. When you do, the video plays from YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com) or from Vimeo, which then receive your IP address and details of your browser and may store data on your device, under their own privacy policies: Google's and Vimeo's.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests and customer records for as long as we need them to run tours and keep proper business records, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
